Pokémon Lotto-Locke

Welcome to the Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen Lotto-Locke

A Nuzlocke variant that brings in some challenge and randomness.

Lotto-Locke Rules

1. At the start of each game section, spin the wheel to randomly generate one Pokémon that is permanently excluded and one that becomes a mandatory team member.
2. Your most recent mandatory Pokémon must be used to start the next boss battle.
3. All mandatory Pokémon must be used in boss battles.
4. If a mandatory Pokémon ever faints, spin the wheel of punishment.
5. After each gym battle, also spin the wheel of punishment.

2-Player Variant!

Spin the wheel three times to create a shortlist for your friend to choose from. They pick one to mandate and one to exclude.

Nuzlocke Rules

1. You can only catch one Pokémon per route.
2. If a Pokémon faints, it must be permanently boxed.
3. You cannot catch more than one Pokémon from the same species.

Hardcore Rules

1. Pokémon can't go above the level cap.
2. Battle Mode on 'set'. No items in battle. No legendaries.
